A sad day
I was travelling today (city to country home) and when I was finally able to check my computer tonight I found the sad news that my blog friends "Lola," Diana, and "Busty Larue" lost their sweet nephew Colton tonight (Wednesday). He became sick just a few weeks ago and has been in the ICU most of that time. I do know they have a large and loving family to help share the burden of this loss. I just want them to know that their even larger family, those of us who have come to know them only through their words on a computer screen, also grieve with them.

We appreciate so much your prayers and support of us at this time. We are so sad to have lost our beautiful Colton but know that we will have the opportunity to see him again someday. This is such a shock to us but we are comforted by great friends not only here but around the world. Thank you for being one of them!
Yes, you will see him again and that is a comfort. You'll miss him a lot in the meantime.
You have a lot of strength to lean on. Just know that the sadness will hit you sometimes when you least expect it, and be gentle with yourselves. Surround yourselves with the happy memories of that sweet boy. I can tell that he knew he was well loved!
